"The miracle morning"

Originally, the routine of the miracle morning comes from a book of the writer Hal Elrod,when I knew this routine I thought it was very interesting and I started to put it into practice.

It has a "formula" and you have to do something for each letter:

S= silence 
A= affirmations
V= visualization
E= exercise 
R= reading
S= scribing

  • In silence the idea is that you stay in silence few minutes after waking up and in that time you can pray, thank or even meditate.
  • Affirmations consists in say the good things of yourself or the things that you are in proud of 
  • Visualizations are like imagine the things that you want to achieve but feeling the emotion as if you had them right now
  • In exercise obviosly you have to exercise your body at least 30 minuts 
  • In reading you have to read something that inspires and motivates you
  • Scribing is to write something, it could be your expectations of the day, or the things for which you feel grateful and blessed. 

The idea is to do all those things before 8 am, but there are no excuses because you can modify the routine according to your time and your lifestyle. Hal Elrod said that it is the routine of successful people and I'm agree with that! I really recommend you to try it because it will makes you feel more productive and with encouragement during the day.
