How to improve your english

 Third week

There are many ways to improve your english, but I prefer learn in a more interactive way. Some days ago I found an app in that you not only could learn english, but also others languages. This app is call memrise. 
I really like this app and i recommend it because it's interactive and reinforces more than all your listening and pronunciation because through videos you can listen the pronunciation of native people.

The best part of it, it's that it is free and it's not just an app, it's a website too!

Morning habits

Fifth week "The miracle morning" Originally, the routine of the miracle morning comes from a book of the writer Hal Elrod,when I knew this routine I thought it was very interesting and I started to put it into practice. It has a "formula" and you have to do something for each letter: S= silence  A= affirmations V= visualization E= exercise  R= reading S= scribing In silence the idea is that you stay in silence few minutes after waking up and in that time you can pray, thank or even meditate.
