Personal experiences


When i was child i was very shy and fearful and one of my biggest fears was dancing in public but now i really enjoy it! I want to share my experience because it would help someone.
Like 3 years ago i felt that I was not enjoying my life totally, so i decided to replace the negative thoughts for others positives. Then i realize that all is question of perspective and my fears belong to me and they aren´t of others, so when i feel uncomfortable i just motivated myself thinking that if i don´t enjoy the moment, probably i will be unhappy for the time i wasted worrying about what others could think about me. The sentence that helps me with this and one of the best advices i could give to others is:

Dance, sing and live like no one's watching!
