Fourth week One of my favorite singers I like almost all the musical genres, I think every type of music has their own magic and the moment to be heared, but what I listen the most is pop, either in English or in Spanish. In this case, i'm going to talk about one of my favorite spanish pop singer, she is Vanesa Martín and I love listening to her because she sings with a lot of passion and emotion, I can notice that she really loves and enjoys their songs. One of my favorite songs of her is "Complicidad", it is a musical duo with other singer that I like too; he is Manuel Medrano, also I love his music and his voice and I love this song because both sing with love and emotion, besides, I think the lyric is good.

(holiday week) I want to share some tips and habits to study and to be more ordered in general. The last year I wasn´t ordered enough and I forgotten everything, but this year I decided to change that and i'm very happy with this because it's working. I started puting the homework that i had in a calendar or schedule and it helps me to do all on time, also I put reminders on my cellphone if it's necesary. On the other hand, it's important to haven't distractions like the cell phone or games when you are studying. I thing everything is question of organize your time; you could do an schedule every week and that will help you to know what activities you have to do and also your free time. Another important point is not to procrastinate, namely, is not to postpone the things you have to do, if you implement this habit, you will have an ordered life and without stress.

Fourth week The awakening of consciousness Few days ago I went to a conference of self knowledge and the topic was the awakening of the consciousness and I was fascinated with all the things that I realized and learned. The speakers talk about most people are not aware of the things that they do every day, for example, if they are eating, they are watching tv at the same time or if they are walking, they are thinking about what they are going to do after that, but they don't appreciate the view, the sounds or the people around. They just don't appreciate the moment. Also, in the worst case, that could cause an accident like a crash or something similar!. That is a shame because those people are asleep in spite of they have the eyes open. "La importancia de morir a tiempo"

(holiday week) "La importancia de morir a tiempo" written by Mario Mendoza is a book that called my atention because it hasn't a normal structure and it doesn't have only one story. This book is a recopilation of tales but when you finish to read the book you realize that those stories are almost psychological and they have a connection and all of them leave a moral. The morals are not specific, you have to analyze them to understand, because the stories can be from many years ago or from current issues and they go from love stories to cases of aliens.

Third week There are many ways to improve your english, but I prefer learn in a more interactive way. Some days ago I found an app in that you not only could learn english, but also others languages. This app is call memrise. I really like this app and i recommend it because it's interactive and reinforces more than all your listening and pronunciation because through videos you can listen the pronunciation of native people. The best part of it, it's that it is free and it's not just an app, it's a website too!

Third week Microsoft to-do list is a perfect app if you want to organize your time and the things that you have to do. It doesn´t matter if they are short or medium term. This app is free and it has many options, let's see: You can create your own lists: You can put reminders and there you can add files as pictures to remember exactly what you have to do, you can also see the tasks that you completed during the week. Another good option is that it facilitates the planning of your day. For this reason, you keep focused on the things you have to do and you will not forget anything:

2nd week Positivism, ¿good or bad? Like other people, I really enjoy listening to music, but more than that i love listening podcasts. A podcast is an audio of a conversation between 2 or more persons talking about a specific topic. In this case, i want to share specially one than changed my perspective of many things. This podcast is from the youtube channel called "hay que hacernos millonarios" and the owners are Alejandra y Guillermo. They talk about many interesting things in their videos but specially one called "El peligro del pensamiento positivo y de ser feliz" caught my attention. Basically, this podcast is in response to an article of 2 psychologists that writed about the bad things of positive thinking. I really recommend this podcast if you want to be more optimistic or if you need motivation. I know it could be hard because unfortunately, today is very common to find negative people. 2nd week Personal experiences When i was child i was very shy and fearful and one of my biggest fears was dancing in public but now i really enjoy it! I want to share my experience because it would help someone. Like 3 years ago i felt that I was not enjoying my life totally, so i decided to replace the negative thoughts for others positives. Then i realize that all is question of perspective and my fears belong to me and they aren´t of others, so when i feel uncomfortable i just motivated myself thinking that if i don´t enjoy the moment, probably i will be unhappy for the time i wasted worrying about what others could think about me. The sentence that helps me with this and one of the best advices i could give to others is: Dance, sing and live like no one's watching!
