Third reading travel

Sixth week Memorandum - What was the easiest? Maybe in the text the information was explicit and it try to be clear  - What was the most difficult? The text had many new words for me, also it gave a lot of details and specific information like prices or park places so it could be a little confuse. - What do you think you need in order to become those difficult things into easy ones? I need to expand the vocabulary, also I have to read more long texts to improve my comprehension. - Could you identify the questions that were about skimming and scanning? Give examples of those questions (if you did not, try anyway to find them) The questions were scanning because they ask about specific information. For example, the second question ask about the price of parking in "car park A" so I had to search key words, in this case was numbers to find the answer easier. - What did you understand about the text? Fifth week Types of dreams Did you know that there are several types of dreams? Probably not because it is something  that nobody teaches you at school or in your life. Well, at first i'm going to clarify that "normal" dreams are a reflection of what is in your subconscious, here  there are stored the images that you have seen or the things that you have lived throughout your life. Now, let's see the other types of dreams: 1. P sychic or telepathic dream: Its when you dream something that is happening in the moment, either in the life of one of your friends or even in another part of the world. Also, it could be when you dream almost the same dream of someone. 2. Natural dream: It is the normal dream, it has things that you saw during the day, even if you saw a horror movie, it's probably that you are going to dream something related to that. 3. Premonitory dreams: A s its name says, it's when you dream something that will happen in yo...

Morning habits

Fifth week "The miracle morning" Originally, the routine of the miracle morning comes from a book of the writer Hal Elrod, when I knew this routine I thought it was very interesting and I started to put it into practice. It has a "formula" and you have to do something for each letter: S= silence  A= affirmations V= visualization E= exercise  R= reading S= scribing In silence the idea is that you stay in silence few minutes after waking up and in that time you can pray, thank or even meditate. Affirmations consists in say the good things of yourself or the things that you are in proud of  Visualizations are like imagine the things that you want to achieve but feeling the emotion as if you had them right now In exercise obviosly you have to exercise your body at least 30 minuts  In  reading you have to read something that inspires and motivates you Scribing is to write something, it could be your expectatio...
